An international business is seeking an Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis for their London office due to expansion.

Candidates will report directly to the CFO and be responsible for a range of finance activities. Candidates will gain exposure to a number of currencies and in time there is potential for the role to expand.

Main Duties:

  • Processing invoices daily
  • Supporting the settlement/billing process
  • Expense management
  • Maintaining records and debt collection
  • VAT returns
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Supplier reconciliations

Where the function is outsourced, candidates may be expected to liaise with the service provider.
