Role: Support Analyst (2nd Line)
Permanent: up to £28,000 pa

Company: Managed Service Provider - working onsite for an International Logistics Company in Tower Bridge

Service desk Support analyst

To provide Desk Side 2nd line support on an experienced I.T. Helpdesk, Handling cases for the customers, Respond to incoming calls / Tickets in accordance with priorities and agreed service levels

Provide excellent customer service to IT users

Ensuring assigned tickets are completed and keeping end users informed of progress


Experience in providing IT support, ideally in a helpdesk environment or sufficient experience working in an IT environment or demonstrable ability.

Exposure to main stream IT Systems / Products and hardware

Experience working in a service delivery role

Technical skills

Experience with Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office products,

An understanding of the principles of networking and internet technologies,

Knowledge of windows Domains advantageous

Excellent knowledge of PC technologies

An interest in Information Technology and a keenness to develop IT skills and product Knowledge.
