A well established brand with their head office based in Milton Keynes is seeking an organised and experienced Accounts Assistant.
You will be part of the Finance team in control of the purchase ledger, sales ledger and credit control functions. Within the role you’ll work closely with multiple sites and suppliers to ensure the smooth running of these functions.
You will report directly to the Site Accountant. It is imperative you are used to working in a team, as during month end the expectation will be for you to help in other areas too.

Key Duties include
•Matching, batching and coding invoices.
•Calling suppliers and dealing with queries.
•Daily bank reconciliations.
•Debt collection and chasing invoices.
•Processing Supplier invoices.
•Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
•A passion for finance.
•To work calmly under pressure.
•Be highly organised.
•Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
•Ability to prioritise workload.
•To communicate effectively with suppliers to resolve queries.
•Good attention to detail.
