Assistant IFA Sales Support Administrator- City of London
An excellent opportunity to join a HNW IFA/Asset Management company in the city.
Our client, a highly respected and recognised name are continuing to build a team of individuals who share the company’s passion for high quality, customer driven financial advice. The successful applicant will report to the Administration Manager.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Working closely with the advising and research teams to coordinate the annual review process.
- Preparing and producing client portfolio reports through our back office system, Intelligent Office.
- Liaising with product providers to obtain information on clients’ pensions, investments and protection plans.
- Using our fund research tool, Financial Express, to produce analysis on clients’ investments and pensions.
