CRM Manager - SalesForce

My client has grown consistently over the past few years and 2017 will be no exception. They have a superb SaaS product / technology solution for their clients with online businesses, and drive huge quantities of incremental revenues. With global offices, they have excellent financial backing and a motivated workforce.

The existing CRM is underutilised and requires a manager with vision to create a central hub, and put Salesforce to work. You will own the function, being responsible for introducing and implementing protocols and processes, to ensure ongoing compliance management, effective reporting / forecasting and planning training processes. You will be the project leader for integrations and new enhancements.

You will need good experience of SFDC, together with SalesForce Admin certification (and ideally App Builder). You should be able to demonstrate experience of achieving tasks and exceeding targets, establishing strong inter-department relationships through excellent communication and the ability to function in a busy sales environment.
