Paid Search Director - Performance Agency (part of a global group)
£50k +bonus +benefits

One of the worlds most renowned media agencies are looking for an experienced Paid Search Director to join their performance marketing agency. This role is a senior position managing up to 3 people and working on some of their nicest accounts

The Role:

  • Create and manage Paid Search campaigns to effectively deliver client objectives and paid search targets

  • Oversee optimisation of campaigns manually & utilisation of bid management tools to deliver on-going paid search performance

  • Senior client facing role on presenting campaign strategy & overall business strategy as well as reporting key performance milestones to date

  • Be able to direct and/ or execute optimisations based on performance analysis

  • Support the new business process as required

  • Push boundaries with new ideas and trends

Skills Required:

  • Significant experience within Paid Search, at a strategic level, ideally from an agency background

  • Excellent knowledge/experience of paid search implementation and strategy

  • Have strong technical knowledge but also the ability to relate this to clients - this is a client facing role so you need to enjoy this aspect

  • Knowledge of industry tools and technologies

  • Highly analytical and data driven

  • Passion for and wide understanding of all aspects of digital media
