Investment Banking Broker in Central London
An investment banking firm in the heart of the city are keen to hire 2 junior salesman and brokers to join their high end sales team, building and maintaining relationships with IFAs across the UK. Having predicted a busy 2017, January has already been so busy that the team is having to expand to meet client demands and the growing work load, hence the openings.
This firm has seen year on year growth and success, with a network of over 50,000 clients and £3 bn currently being managed. Working across the Investment space, in particular focusing on tax planning, fund and asset management, they have also recently been named in the top 100 firms to work for.
Within the organisation the sales team are focused on building relationships with the ISAs and providing the pipeline for the tax and investment products. The role therefore involves business development - pitching to and winning new clients, as well as client management once a relationship has been formed and selling these products onto these advisory firms.
This is a role for a graduate with at least a 2.1 from university. Sales experience is beneficial, but some form of corporate work experience is a must. Additional experience in financial services (no matter how long) will also be beneficial although not a necessity.
Wage is £20,000 - £36,000 depending on experience and commission is upwards of £20,000 a year, one broker last year hit his targets and took £35,000 extra. This is therefore a hugely lucrative position, ideal for a hard working and professional salesman.
