Up to £45,000 + Benefits

A leading UK based retailer with a customer base of over 10 million is seeking an analyst with retail customer experience to join their marketing analytics team. In this role, the successful applicant will be responsible for analysing large amounts of customer data, using software's such as SAS and SQL and presenting insights to key internal stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design, plan and execute the targeting of customers through the company's targeted marketing programme
  • Forecast, monitor and review the performance of this targeted marketing programme - reporting to senior finance and commercial stakeholders
  • Understanding and optimising the balance between sales and profit driven ROI's and providing recommendations accordingly
  • Manage and conduct regular reporting and post campaign analysis, delivering actionable insights and recommendations using tools such as SAS and SQL
  • Work closely with other internal marketing teams to aid the development of new programs as well as improving current programmes

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong skills in SAS
  • Knowledge of and ability to use SQL in conjunction with SAS
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office products - especially Excel
  • Experience in development of targeting and customer selections
  • Experience in providing and applying statistical and marketing modelling for decision-making

Salary and Benefits
