Regional Sales Manager: An ambitious Regional Sales Manager is required to join the direct field sales team for dental implants at the world's largest manufacturer of professional dental products and technologies. The Company develops, manufactures and markets a complete line of dental and oral health products, sold directly to dental practices.

The main purpose of the role is to provide effective sales leadership and direction to recruit, motivate, develop and lead a team of 10 to meet sales objectives and KPI's in the South-East territory (Winchester (Hampshire) to Newbury (Berkshire)), East to Norwich (Norfolk) and down to Brighton (Sussex).

The ideal candidate will be an ambitious sales professional with experience selling direct to dental practices (products or services) with a proven ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

*To develop a regional and tactical business plan focusing on key issues specific to the region e.g. Business development, training and dealer management
*Maintain close contact with key customers and accounts within region
*To coordinate and conduct sales cycle meetings
*Ensure a culture of commercial awareness and relationship management is shared and acted upon within the team
*Talent and succession planning responsibilities
*Clear coaching and performance management of team
*Coordinate Sales Specialists' development through product and sales career framework
*To comply with all corporate governance and regulatory requirements
*To work closely as part of the sales and marketing teams and Leadership team to ensure all stakeholders have clarity of roles and objectives across the business
*Ensure effective planning and launch of new products in conjunction with the marketing team and focus follow through with sales team
*Ensure a strong and integrated relationship with Key Opinion Leaders
*Professionally manage and process customer complaints
*Management of cost centre budget
*Co-ordinate strategic plans and activity through the regional sales team

Skills and Experience:

*Experience selling directly to Dental practice decision makers
*Excellent relationship builder, with strong communication and presentation skills
*Structured and clear thinker - ability to prioritise a demanding workload through business planning and regional management
*Financial awareness
*Computer literate - excel, power point, outlook, CRM etc
*Confident, articulate with the ability to resolve conflict
*Demonstrated problem solving and decision making abilities
*Full, clean UK Driving License
