Job Title: IT Helpdesk Technician - IT Service Desk Engineer
Salary: £20,000 + excellent benefits, inc. full Microsoft training & certification

To be considered for this position you will be a confident IT support technician with a friendly & engaging personality. You will have a passion for IT and a strong desire to become Microsoft qualified and progress up to the 2nd line IT Helpdesk team.

As an experienced 1st line support analyst you will have experience with the following:
- Call logging & remote access software
- Windows 7, Windows 8 and/or Windows 10
- MS Office & Outlook
- Active Directory & Office 365
- PC hardware, laptops & printers

Based in the Godalming area of Surrey they are going through continued growth & expansion and require an outgoing 1st line helpdesk analyst to provide telephone, remote & email support to a wide variety of external customers.

In return for hard work and dedication they will pay a salary of up to £20,000 + complete and formal Microsoft training and certifications.
