Programme Director - Digital Transformation

About the Job

Our client is seeking Programme Directors with extensive understanding of digital technology and experience of leading digital transformation programmes. You’ll need to be up-to-date with the latest changes and market trends in order to help their clients take advantage of the many opportunities digital technology has to offer.

You’ll be working with some of the UK’s biggest names on their most complex and substantial change initiatives, such as IT transformation, business separation, digital transformation, regulatory changes and shared service transformation.

What you’ll need: -

  • A proven track record of leading large, complex business and IT transformation/digital technology enabled change, across multiple industries, predominantly in the private sector
  • Experience of delivering new digital platforms or expertise in rolling out new digital capabilities in a range of areas including multi-channel, web-enabled design, big data analytics, cloud computing, e-commerce
  • Extensive understanding and experience of delivery using Agile methodologies
  • Directly led at least two £multi-million programmes for more than 12 months’ duration
  • Significant external consulting experience at C-suite level, gained at a recognised top tier UK consultancy, combined with industry experience at a FTSE 100 blue-chip company
