User Experience & Optimisation Manager

Global leader in enterprise software is looking for a User Experience & Optimisation Manager to take charge of driving eCommerce sales growth through the creation and delivery of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) programmes. This is a new opportunity to be part of an innovative global eCommerce team in a customer-centric organisation seeking to revolutionise their business as part of a large scale digital transformation. Success will be measured by revenue per visitor and customer lifetime value (LTV). The ideal candidate will have proven experience creating and delivering conversion rate optimisation (CRO) programmes within the eCommerce function of an enterprise software company.

As User Experience & Optimisation Manager you will:

  • Create and deliver constantly-on conversion rate optimisation (CRO) programmes that increase revenue per visitor and customer LTV
  • Employ a data-driven approach to CRO, ensuring that reporting is of a high standard and an analytical approach is taken
  • Set up frameworks for testing and optimisation, focusing on revenue per visitor for new and return customers, maximising customer LTV
  • Work closely with multiple stakeholders to develop a joined-up global eCommerce experience and vision

You must have:

  • Proven experience growing global eCommerce revenues through conversation rate optimisation (CRO) in a large multi-channel organisation
  • Knowledge of typical customer journeys and how to deliver a successful online experience
  • Experience designing and optimising eCommerce transactional experiences
  • Successfully managed user experience (UX) and conversation rate optimisation (CRO) teams, including both internal teams and 3rd party agencies/vendors
  • The ability to communicate at a senior level and navigate complex stakeholder territories
  • The ability to utilise insights and analysis to develop positive online experiences
