We are set to bring a professionalism to the property industry by implementing our unique business model. We want to grow in size considerably over the next ten years and are now on a search for the talent to support this growth, starting with our next team member in the capacity of a Property Manager. We are a company that believes in adding value to our clients and a company that values its staff.

We are passionate about working as a team and supporting others when and where we can. As such, there are times when Property Managers will be involved in others’ portfolios when needed - this means that you must be a great team player in order to succeed in this role. We have a corporate edge and have strong systems and processes in place to ensure we’re all working the same way and providing a high quality service to our clients.

Our portfolio is all within the M25 as we believe in density. A large section of the portfolio is based in E14, but we also have properties in Central London and Wembley.

Your role as one of our Property Managers will be to administer, manage and maintain an assigned portfolio. This will include managing and setting service charge budgets, serving section 20 notices when appropriate, dealing with insurance and health and safety, on-site staff management, attending AGM’s and conducting site visits.

This Property Manager position requires someone that is confident and able to build and maintain a strong rapport with clients. We’re looking for someone that is experienced and can hit the ground running.

The ideal Property Manager would be someone who is dynamic, career driven and professional. You must have excellent communication and customer service skills as well as confidence in your work. The ideal Property Manager would have obtained their IRPM and if not, be willing to work towards achieving it. As well as this, you must be a team player. It is essential that you have at least 2-3 years’ residential block management experience in a similar role.
