An exciting opportunity to join a well-established Property Services and Maintenance Contractor to reactive maintenance and voids across South West London. My client specialise in a wide variety of contracts from measured term, planned maintenance, responsive maintenance and refurbishment projects on short and long term framework and partnership agreements with local authorities, housing associations and RSL's.
They have a requirement for a Contracts Manager to work on a Reactive Maintenance & Void Refurbishment contract in South West London. Working closely with the Repairs Managers, you will manage the day to day operation of the contract and have overall responsibility for tenant and client satisfaction. You will control all elements of the contract, including budgeting, health and safety and client liaison.
" Responsible for leading a team of Repairs Managers and trades.
" Oversee both the day to day operations and the commercial aspects of the job through ensuring budgets are being met at all times and minimising commercial risks.
" Monitor and ensure adherence to Health & Safety regulations
" Ensure tenant and client satisfaction, by developing positive relationships
" Achieve or exceed service level agreements and key performance indicators
" You must be IT literate and ideally have experience of working with PDA's or handheld equipment for issuing work to your team.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record and experience of managing repairs, voids & maintenance within the social housing market.
You must be keen and enthusiastic, and committed to ensuring tenant satisfaction. You must also be a strong leader and able to be decisive under pressure. You must also have a valid CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid ideally.
This position is looking to start at approximately the end of March, with interviews taking place in the next couple of weeks. You will be offered a salary of between £45-50k + 7k car allowance or company car + other benefits.
