OfficeTeam are currently recruiting for an German Language speaker who has both administration and customer service experience based in Leeds City Centre.

The Role

Fluent Italian Order Management Co-ordinator required. This role will be to provide exceptional service to customers both over the telephone and from an administrative aspect. The essential function of this role will be to provide ongoing support to the field sales and service operating teams in the accurate and timely validation of product orders. This will include raising purchase orders on internal and external suppliers, maintaining a strong customer relationship and provide solutions. You will also be responsible for ensuring the timely follow up of placement of Product orders, you will work as part of a team dealing with queries relating to sales orders.Our client are looking for the successful candidate to be fluent Italian, have strong motivational skills, a great organiser, highly effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to work as a team member. Investigative and also analytical.Please only apply if you have fluent Italian both verbal and written.
