The Company

Robert Half Finance and Accounting is pleased to be working with a large high tech group in Basingstoke who is seeking a Collections Manager with retail and/or small to medium sized business experience.

The Role

The Collections Manager will have a minimum of 5 direct reports and at least 5 years collection management experience. The Collections manager Will have to have very strong man management skills, organisation skills along with the ability to operate at senior customer level. The collections Manager is responsible for achieving collection targets and reduction of the business's projection, the management and development of staff members. The Collections Manager is also responsible for the implementation of process improvements to drive results and forecasting and management reporting. The Credit Manager will be working in a highly target driven environment with pressure to do well and get a lot from your team however with great support from colleagues. The Collections Manager will be ICM qualified or working towards it to be considered for the role and will have good knowledge of Excel and SAP.

Salary & Benefits

The salary for this role is up to £36.000 plus a 25% OTE bonus depending on experience plus pension and Healthcare.
