Who are my client?

Job Role

The support analyst is a key member of the IT Helpdesk and will be responsible for all first line support queries via, phone, email and face to face. This isn?t a KPI environment, my client is looking for a team player who can resolve 1st, 2nd and help with 3rd support issues in a confident manner with a passion for resolving things first time.

What you need to be successful:

As a support analyst in a team of 3, you will have the aptitude and desire to work collaboratively to excel the customer service that?s expected from the IT division. A driven and career orientated individual is needed, you will be naturally curious and self-motivated to learn and expand on your IT knowledge.

Technically you will need, high proficiency in Excel, especially pivot tables and Vlookups. Retail systems exposure in particular POS support, Retail Java would be preferred. A degree in IT would be beneficial but not a necessity.
