FINANCE OFFICER PART-TIME EVH Grade 7 (PA 22-25 - £31,282 - £34,350 p.a. pro-rated to 2 days per Week, working Monday and Tuesdays) Paisley Housing Association Ltd is a voluntary, not for profit organisation and a registered charity, operating within our communities, throughout Paisley, since 1984. With over 1200 rented properties, our aim is to provide quality, affordable, homes and excellent customer services. We also provide factoring services to over 280 owners in our area. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our Finance Team, working 2 days per week (Monday and Tuesdays). Comprehensive experience of monthly reconciliations and use of accountancy and payroll software is essential, as this is a core function of the role. You will have a strong analytic skill set and be proficient in the use of MS Excel functions. The successful candidate will be committed to delivering a high quality service, be a forward thinking planner and pragmatic problem solver. They will demonstrate role flexibility, a strong analytic skill set and be proficient in the use of MS Excel as well as having excellent communication & multi-tasking skills. Key Tasks: To carry out various monthly/quarterly financial reconciliations To prepare monthly payroll Assist with the preparation of the Financial Statements, Management Accounts, Annual, 5 year and 30-year financial plans, for PHA and the Association’s subsidiary, for review by the Finance Manager.
