Sucessful applicants will be required to take ownership of resolving problems and issues on behalf of our customers within a busy contact centre environment. Whilst managing and prioritising your workload and promoting a professional image of Cyntergy you will be required to accurately log all incidents and issue updates.
Our shift pattern covers 6am-11pm 7 days a week and full time analysts are required to work 5 days out of 7.
Ideal applicants will possess exceptional communication and decision making skills alongside tenacity,proactivity, organisation,drive and ambition.
