Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer – Permanent Nights

Nights (Monday to Friday)
£37,000 + Training + Benefits + O/T

Main Purpose of the Role
To work as a high level multi-skilled maintenance engineer for an industry leading Healthcare manufacturer and packaging company that supply to major retailers.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established and ever-growing company with excellent opportunities and benefits.

The Person
You should be flexible and dynamic in your approach, and bring energy and drive to your work. Key requirements are;
• Electrically or mechanically qualified in a maintenance discipline (NVQ level 3 minimum)
• Have experience in an FMCG or manufacturing environment
• Have knowledge of PLC systems and electronic components.
• Confident in your ability to diagnose and rectify faults in a pressurised environment, always looking for ways to improve production and not just firefight.

Key Responsibilities
• Ensuring that production machinery is running at optimum efficiency through fault finding and repair
• Carrying out pre-planned maintenance on the machinery during downtime
• Carry out projects and assist with installations of new production lines.
• identify and implement plans that will improve efficiencies
• Working Permanent nights Monday to Friday

Salary and Benefits
£37k + OT + pension + training
