Summary

£28K - £39K – depending on whether based in Notts or LDN and level of experience.

Location:

London (Central London) or Nottingham (City Centre).

We’re looking for someone who is creative and has good social and communication skills. You’ll have awesome copywriting skills and a good command of the English (or German…or both) language(s).

You’ll know the words, all the best words, and be able to organise those ‘best (key)words’ into themed AdGroups for your campaigns. You’ll know how to track, measure and report on Paid-For campaign performance to your peers and stakeholders, as well as being responsible for allocating budgets for said campaigns.

In order to be considered you’ll need to be Google Adwords (and preferably Google Analytics) certified, ideally have experience using Marin or similar Cross-Channel Tools, be able to demonstrate times when you’ve proactively identified problems and found creative fixes (unlike those bland same-samey fixes). You’ll need to be able to take and give constructive feedback; internally and externally, and have the drive to work on your own initiative, there won’t be much (figurative) hand holding here. That said, if you know you have what it takes to step up into this role, you’ll have patient and supportive people around to help you settle in! Oh, and you’ll need to be super organised.

This is definitely a role to consider if trying to advance your career. Being a digital company, it’s definitely beneficial if you have some techie tendencies (or not); perhaps you build websites in your spare time or have dabbled in some freelance webby stuff. Or maybe you’ve worked for a digital agency in a PPC / Paid-For role before and have had some exposure to HTML, Javascript or CSS and think it’s at least a little bit cool. You’ll also hopefully have had some exposure to cross-channel marketing tools for developing complex and interesting targeted ad campaigns.

If you’re reading this thinking “I have some but not all of the above” – hit apply anyway, as personality counts for something, and potential counts for a lot. Worst case scenario, you’re not the perfect fit; not the end of the world!
