Helpdesk Analyst Job - Loughborough - £22,000

1st and 2nd Line Support Analyst

An exciting opportunity has arisen working as a 1st Line Support Analyst within a successful organisation based in Loughborough. The role will require good experience of providing 1st line support within a dynamic fast paced environment.

Within this position you will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line IT related support to end users in a confident and efficient manor. This will include call logging, follow up/escalation and remote support, promptly identifying, qualifying and resolving problems.

Key responsibilities will include supporting Office 365, Active Directory user creation, group policy administration. You will be responsible for maintaining the daily infrastructure with regard to configuration of hardware and software assets, completing availability reports and identifying potential incidents which will impact on the service and provide desktop support.

Experience supporting vSphere, SCCM, Windows servers and ERP and finance systems is desirable but not essential.

An outgoing personality is also valued.
