We are looking for nurses, to join our busy and dynamic crisis teams based in West Hertfordshire (Hemel Hempstead).The teams carry out urgent assessment of people with acute mental health problems and provide home treatment as an alternative to admission.The job is varied and challenging, it offers the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, with people with a variety of mental health issues and to develop assessment skills. You will be part of a multi disciplinary team, working closely with your colleagues to provide safe and effective treatment.You will need to have had acute mental health experience, and ideally experience of working in a variety of settings and enjoy working in a team.As a University Trust, we have close links to the University of Hertfordshire, providing excellent learning and development opportunities for staff, as well as strengthening clinical research.
