Service Delivery Manager (Cloud) / Technical Service Delivery Manager / SDM / Customer Evangelist / Virtualisation / Linux / Windows / DevOps / Cloud / Account Management / West London

About this role:

Global Tech Leader currently seeks a Technical Service Delivery Manager. To apply you will ideally have a strong SDM background ideally from a Tech focussed background specifically within cloud, co-location and/or managed services. You will also have the ability to communicate to architects, sales and support teams as well as board level when necessary. It would be ideal if you had an obsessive nature to deliver awesome customer experience.

Key responsibilities include;

  • Developing and maintaining c-suite relationships at enterprise level in external client organisations
  • Good technical understanding of Managed Services and Cloud Infrastructure and associated tech (virtualisation, Windows, Linux, DevOps etc)
  • Creative thinking, always looking for ways to improve everything you come in to contact with

Skills required;


  • Exceptional track record in a Senior Service Delivery / Customer experience role at enterprise level
  • Managing Enterprise client accounts
  • Strong level of experience working in a cloud tech environment
  • Ability to present and network at C-suite level
  • Commercial experience, managing renewals, contract negotiations etc
  • Have strong negotiating skills
  • Be able to network and develop key relationships
  • Self-starter with ability to be effective in virtual environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills
