Customer Service Advisor -Virgin Media Location - Airdrie Salary -Up to £15,500 per annum plus potential bonus earnings Contract - Permanent Hours - 37.5 Shifts - 5/7 days between 8am - 10pm, Monday - Sunday. Teleperformance is proud to be working with Virgin Media, one of the world’s largest telecommunications and cable companies. Within this role you’ll be supporting both new and existing customers with all aspects of queries regarding their media packages. This can be anything from helping to connect a new Wi-Fi device to the home network or helping a customer find their favourite program on the TV to record. You may also need to review or change the customer’s package or billing set up to ensure everything suits their needs. Helping the customer is at the core of this role and appeals to people that are strong problem solvers with an interest in the latest technologies and the ability to help others get the most out of their package. We need great people with customer service experience and good computer skills to fill these roles and ensure we continue to deliver an excellent customer experience every time.
