The Role

This role is a vital part of the digital team, which currently consists of 9 talented and passionate digital professionals (covering everything from SEO, Content, PPC and CRO). Reporting in to the Senior Optimisation Executive, this role is focused on online customer behaviour and web conversion.

As the Digital and Web Analyst, you’ll be responsible for digging deep in to Google Analytics, as well as other forward thinking digital analytical tools, and reporting in Microsoft Excel; so, it goes without saying that you’ll be data driven and a pro when it comes to Excel!

You’ll work closely with the wider digital team to understand the online customer journey, with the overall objective of improving conversion.

About You

Whether you’re right at the beginning of your career or a year or so in, what’s most important here is a passion for digital and an analytical brain! You’ll ideally have previous experience working with Google Analytics in a commercially driven environment, and you’ll enjoy working with data and understanding the impact this will have on the wider business.
