- Manage the user support function of the network software.
- Problem solving and troubleshoot issues from users

Required Skills and experience
- Strong background in software / coding with ability to understand new / complex technologies quickly.
- Able to solve complex technical problems / troubleshoot / provide technical support
- Passionate about emerging technologies
