We currently working on behalf of our client to recruit a Pharmacist based within an Internet Pharmacy Business in Hampshire.

Our clients business has been established for a number of years.

Not only do they require an enthusiastic pharmacist, but an individual keen to engage across multidisciplinary teams and become involved within different areas of the business and projects.

The suitable candidate will take responsibility for the leadership and day to day management of the Pharmacy ensuring that a safe, cost effective and high-quality service is provided. You will be a well-rounded pharmacist; an expert in your field, ensuring prescription processing meets operational and quality standards and complies with all legislative and regulatory requirements. You will supervise a team of technically qualified personnel in the delivery of this service ensuring that best practice is embedded across the operation.

Core strengths include strong attention to detail, strong analytical skills, the ability to set clear objectives for the team whilst coaching them to develop their skills and knowledge. An effective communicator you will be able to engage effectively with customers, clinical and medical professionals and motivate your team. A strong desire to work outside of your comfort zone, to explore and investigate new pharmacy opportunities and be at the forefront of internet pharmacy in the UK.

The chosen candidate will be working along side a strong team of up to 7 Dispensers and 3 Pharmacists to meet the medium intensity branch's requirements.

It would be helpful for the candidate to be accredited for MURS, NMS and Flu Vaccinations but not a necessity as training can be provided.


- Qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC
- Proven leadership and management experience gained in a regulated pharmacy environment with knowledge of complex pharmacy systems
- Experienced in delivering and managing change
- Detailed knowledge of pharmacy regulatory standards, laws and ethics

This role is permanent and Full time with a Monday to Friday working week
