You will have opportunities to learn and grow in your role, building your skills and knowledge in partnership with others.About the homeThe role is based at a Care Home with Nursing for 38 People Who Use their Services with physical and learning disabilities and is situated on the outskirts of Timsbury within the triangle formed by Bath, Wells and Bristol.About the roleDisability affects everyone differently. They need you to provide tailored day-to-day support to ensure the needs of the people who use the services are met in positive and creative ways.
