Senior Asset Reconciliations Analyst

Key Responsibilities: Assist with the planning and distribution of team workloads on a daily basis, prioritising activities to ensure efficiencies, service levels and quality standards are met Key leader in the delivery of periodic reconciliation work to defined SLA’s and quality standards Take a lead role in root cause analysis of reconciliation items, undertaking complex exceptions and sharing knowledge with your colleagues. Assist with the monitoring and development of processes and procedures and the delivery of automation opportunities Support line manager with oversight of departmental worm together with training and development of other reconciliations staff Deliver consistently high levels of operational performance by completing all reconciliations within the standards set by the company. Report any operational breaks or CASS breaches to the relevant operational teams Deliver a ‘Right First Time’ approach to ensure a reduction in the cost of rework, errors and compensation Support Team Lead with collation of weekly & monthly MI for Heads of Function and CASS governance committees. Adherence to all policies and procedures relating to Client Asset protection Assist with the planning and distribution of team workloads on a daily basis, prioritising activities to ensure efficiencies, service levels and quality standards are met What you'll bring: Knowledge of ATS products and working knowledge of reconciliations – desirable Strong Excel skills – essential Ability to work well under pressure Strong analytical ability with high levels of accuracy Knowledge of the Financial Services environment Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy - essential Accounting qualification equivalent to Higher, HNC or HND - advantageous What you'll get in return: By joining us on our journey to be one of the financial services providers of choice, you’ll gain insight and exposure to a fast-paced but rewarding and engaging environment.
