An Invoicing Administrator is needed on a 6 month fixed term business for an industry leading business based in Worcester. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-sufficient individual with the ability to work as part of a team, you will be able to think on your feet and react to situations quickly.
The day to day duties of the role will include:
- Inputting and loading invoices onto an accounting package
- Maintaining transactional records and obtaining invoice information monthly
- Assisting with any queries that come through
- Ensuring that adjustments are made to customer accounts in a timely manner
- Dealing with month end accounts, direct debits and general administration duties.
