Staff morale is very high and there is a very welcoming atmosphere to the home; they have achieved a very good CQC report.As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for leading the clinical team and ensuring that patients are provided with high quality care. You will be responsible for the overall management of the home in the absence of the Home Manager and will need to take a proactive leadership approach to ensuring the home's standards are upheld in line with CQC and NMC guidelines.Person Specification: We are looking for a qualified Registered Nurse ( RGN or RMN or RNLD ) with solid nursing experience and excellent clinical skills. We are looking for applicants with strong managerial experience in a similar setting; it is essential for candidate to have been a Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead / Senior Nurse / Unit Manager in a previous role.
