Financial Services Manager
A leading global FMCG organisation with a turnover in excess of £250million have a new and exciting opportunity for a Financial Services Manager Working closely with the Site Financial Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring effective control and operation of Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, Site payroll, pension and Office Administration functions, and to co-ordinate all site IT issues and manage resolution via external service providers. Some of the duties you will be expected to perform are; * Manage and develop a small number staff * Supervision and cover for Sales Processing including Inter-company * Engage with customers on credits and claims * Operate and Manage all weekly and monthly payroll for the site including HMRC submissions * Administer all clocking and reporting of Agency staff * Arrange all travel and accommodation for ESCO employees and guests visiting ESCO * Monitor and track annual capital expenditure * Additional Finance tasks as required To apply, you ideally have a background working within the manufacturing industry in a similar position within a finance related position, be very well organised, understand how to process payroll and deal with any complex queries, work efficiently both independently and part of a team and have the ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels of the organisation.
