Role: Business Development Manager - Opticians

Therapy Area: Opthalmology

Package: Negotiable basic salary up to 38,000, car, pension scheme, private health, sales force bonus and incentives

Territory: North West - Postcodes covered are: BB, BL, CA, CH, CW, FY, IM, L, LA, LL, M, OL, PR, SK, WA, WN

Role Type: Sales Representative, covering Multi-Chain and Independant Opticians

The client is a pharmaceutical company with an extensive product range within the Ophthalmology market. As a Business Development Manager you will have responsibility and accountability for the delivery of agreed sales objectives and resultant sales growth within a defined geographical territory.

Person / Experience Required

Essential Requirements:

Ideally Optics sales experience in the retail sector, specifically dispensing Optician sales experience.

Role Specific Competencies:

Ability to understand customer needs and requirements at an individual and organisational level

To consistently demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team.

IT literate with strong analytical skills

Able to influence NHS staff at the highest levels

Flexible 'can do' attitude needed to thrive in a fast growing company
