Exciting opportunity for a Hospital Sales Manager with a proven track record of success

The client is a research-based pharmaceutical company who over the last 30 years, has established a strong and reputable name in the production of drugs for the treatment of gynaecological, fertility and obstetrical conditions as well as androgen deficiency and has become a renowned player in the area of hormonal therapies.

This is great opportunity to join a rapidly growing pharmaceutical company. Working as a National Business Manager you will be responsible for leading a team of Key Account Managers. This includes developing account plans and working effectively with the key account team to continually improve business performance by utilising appropriate resource. Your team is responsible for developing relationships with Hospitals and also with Key Customers in Payer community

The National Business Manager is accountable for the development and achievement of the national sales plan through a high level understanding of their environment and the effective leadership and development of a team in order to drive sales performance.

The role is accompanied with an excellent package which includes a negotiable basic salary based on experience, pension, healthcare, bonus scheme and company car scheme.

Person/Experience Required

Previous pharmaceutical hospital selling and management experience is essential.

Must able to demonstrate a track record of success in leading a high performance sales team. You should be of graduate-calibre, able to develop and maintain high levels of therapeutic and NHS knowledge. You must be able to demonstrate ability in leading and developing a sales team, including running high quality recruitment and performance management processes. Competitive and highly motivated, you will possess strong communication skills and a keen team work ethic.
