Service Desk Analyst

London Market Insurer require a Service Desk Analyst to join their IT Service Desk.

Responsibilities will include;

  • Incident management & troubleshooting 1st/2nd line IT related issues
  • Adhering to SLAs, working closely with business users to resolve incidents
  • Liaising directly with internal 3rd line team, escalating when necessary
  • Support and cover out of business hours

The client is looking for;

  • Previous expeirence within Service Desk environment adhering to ITIL framework
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and office application
  • Good analytical, probelm solving and communication skills

Technical Requirements:

  • Windows 2003 Active Directory
  • XenApp Citrix environment
  • VOIP Technologies
  • BES/Mobile Iron support
  • ITIL
