We are looking for a Financial Crime Risk Data Analyst (newly created role) for a high profile challenger bank In joining this organisation you will be instrumental in helping the organisation continue to grow and flourish. Responsibilities include to: Manage, develop and co-ordinate the Bank's Financial Crime data analysis, utilising tools to analyse source data systems from across the Bank. Supporting Financial Crime Assurance reviews by developing the assurance universe through data analysis and assessing business data, identifying areas for thematic reviews. Develop standards for regular business unit Financial Crime data analytics reporting ensuring alignment across the Bank, engaging and collaborating with stakeholders and addressing their requirements and needs. Manage and support the CRO oversight model for Financial Crime, acting as secretary for the Oversight forum Use subject matter expertise to harness the available risk information to analyse data and identify risks for thematic assurance activity. Deliver high quality and concise information into risk reporting. Ensure timely and accurate reporting to HoF, MLRO, CRO RMC, Board, BRC and Audit Committee. Manage timely and accurate external reporting, Regulatory requests and annual MLRO reporting Support business through production of Financial Crime risk data and MI responding to business needs. Skills and experience Strong communication and influencing skills including experience of managing senior stakeholders. Strong analytical and data management skills Minimum two years experience and knowledge gained across data sourcing/formulation, categorisation, analysis, reporting, and production of outcomes/recommendations Please call to discuss this great opportunity in detail with a specialist consultant or request a job specification.
