Our award winning client is a major insurance group with a network of regional offices throughout the UK. To support ongoing growth, they are now seeking a Head of Third Party Engagement across their insurance broking business.

The main purpose of this role is to take the lead in ensuring the business maintain an effective environment for managing the Third Party Provider (TTP) engagement process and related relationships. This will involve provision of high quality regulatory guidance, managing and undertaking a rolling programme of supervisory activity (on-site and remote monitoring), maintenance of a robust procedure manual and an up-to-date register of ARs, IARs and other introducers, and the provision of timely MI and reporting.

Skills/Experience sought

Thorough understanding of the insurance broking industry sector, FCA regulations and AR/IA
Minimum Cert CII or agreement to attain this standard within an agreed time period
