We are specialists in our field and currently have 20 shops, an internet business (obviously!) and our Talk Sofas Team are there for customers at the end of the phone. We have plans to grow and open even more shops - continuing our mission to make the world a more comfortable place.


The opportunity
Managers at our company are true brand ambassadors who thrive on delivering excellent
customer experience, exceeding targets and coaching their teams.

You will be responsible for:

* Demonstrating significant leadership qualities in a customer facing environment
* Commercial performance accountability to achieve store KPI's
* Delivering outstanding customer experience throughout the purchase journey
* Training your team on products and fabrics in order to deliver a seamless & knowledgeable
customer experience
* Maintaining the highest standards in terms of merchandise displays
* Build an effective team environment
* Manage the vision & mission within the store
* Attract high quality talent working with the HR recruitment team to develop outreach, on-boarding,
training and performance management


We would particularly like to hear from you if any of the following float your boat; interior design, interior trends, fashion and all things sofa related. You'll need to love talking to people and be happy to bend over backwards to help ensure our customers enjoy nothing but the best service. Passionate people with out-going personalities are right up our street.

* Excellent understanding of stock management
* A real people person with a keen sense of humour
