Litigation Support Manager - Birmingham
Our Client is a leading global law firm and is looking to expand its Birmingham based Litigation Support Team. As a Litigation Support Manager you will manage a team of 3 junior litigation support analysts.
The Litigation Support / e-disclosure department's role is to establish and support the technological needs of the legal team during a dispute or contentious investigation. This is primarily focused on the e-disclosure phase of litigation (or similar contentious document review process). You will be providing technical advice and support to the legal teams including appropriate database selection, creation and maintenance of databases, producing lists of documents, exchanging the list and documents, receiving other parties documents, and providing technical analysis of the other parties' disclosure. Provision of support in relation to other litigation support technologies such as e-bundles for hearings or trial may also be required.
The ideal candidate will be have experience of leading a Litigation Support Team in a large (international) law firm. As Litigation Support Manager you will ideally have experience of using Ringtail or other Litigation Support technologies
