Be the first point of contact for our professional training course programme, managing all the administration from initial timetabling to delivery and follow up. Liaise with trainers and course participants to ensure that their training experience is seamless and professional.

Our growing portfolio of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses are designed to assist engineers CPD needs, at whatever career stage, from graduation to senior management. Through partnerships with leading experts, elite academic institutions and trade and professional organisations, our UK CPD courses offer an expanding range of technical, professional and management courses.

We are looking for candidates with experience of;

Training course and/or event administration including processing participant bookings, logging catering requirements, event logistics and on the day registering participants etc.Basic financial processes including raising purchase orders, checking invoices, processing creditsGood IT skills - Word, Excel etc. and ideally event bookings systems (Eventbrite) and Content Management Systems (ideally Kentico),We operate a 35-hour working week with flexi-time as well as an excellent benefits package including including pension, private healthcare, health cash plan, life assurance, interest-free annual season ticket loan, childcare vouchers and more. Most importantly, you will be working in our modern open-plan offices based on the edge of the City (Old Street/Barbican area).
