Regulated Training Officer

We are currently looking to appoint a Regulated Training Officer to provide a range of training solutions, to new and existing advisers and staff members. The key focus of the role will be on the ongoing development of professional competence, to ensure knowledge levels remain current and to also support them in their attainment of regulated qualifications, to ensure that they can be as successful as possible, within their chosen markets and to also operate effectively within both Tenet frameworks and those of the Regulator. This role is based at our Leeds HQ and involves travel, as and when required, to deliver offsite training and to attend and present at Professional Development Meetings.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the following:§The ongoing assessment, development, delivery, implementation and evaluation of a comprehensive suite of technical training solutions for both advisers and Tenet staff members§The delivery of induction courses, development sessions, exam study support workshops, product and process training as well as ad hoc requests for professional development when required§Attending and presenting at Professional Development Meetings across the country working closely with advisers and Providers§Evaluation and feedback on delegate performance including benefit realisation exercises to demonstrate the effectiveness of training solutions and the transfer of knowledge and skills into the work place§Annual verification and ongoing maintenance of Adviser CPD logs and Tenet’s Statement of Professional Standing process§Collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure that relevant training solutions are provided and that needs are met consistently across all business areas§Production of MI and reporting to feed into the overall Training strategy and plan

This is a pivotal role within our Training function and offers the opportunity to work closely with advisers in order to support and develop them through their professional journey with us. Applications ideally from experienced Regulated Trainers, though; we may consider applicants with relevant transferrable skills who want to move into a training role with a proven background in Financial Services for example T&C Supervisor, Account Manager, Compliance Officer or Adviser.
