As part of our Digital Engagement team, you'll be helping us to grow trusted relationships with potential clients through effective online community management and delivery of quality content for our company.

You're an experienced social media professional who can demonstrate your success in driving traffic to our website and ultimate people invest in our recruitment start up business programme.

You will be responsible for driving engagement and conversion via social media and digital channels to grow the company brand plus work alongside our sales team in helping converting enquiries into revenue.

-Implementing social media programs
-Monitor social media groups and trends
-Track campaign performance
-Work closely with colleagues to develop and post content to social networking sites.
-Respond in a timely fashion to social media enquiries
-Use creative thinking and initiative to analyse performance
-Monitor social media trends

-Working with our sales team to book people into workshops

-Ensure that all leads are follow up efficiently

-Supporting the sales and marketing team in any duties required

You will have experience in a similar role, or have a qualification to suit. You will also have excellent attention to detail and have a good understanding of varying brands, with the passion to progress.
