To facilitate the delivery of high quality training workshops and courses across the FSHC business in various subjects which are aligned and form part of the overall Learning and Development strategy for the relevant job level. Job levels will span from frontline to senior management. To integrate the clinical and CHAP training agendas under one work stream to drive consistency and quality across both these service-critical areas To lead the Regional Clinical Training Team, working in collaboration with the Head of Learning and Development and Head of Nursing, to drive progress across key training initiatives including, but not limited to: * On-boarding and induction for the operational clinical teams * Clinical job skills development * Nurse Preceptorship * OSCE * International Nurse on-boarding and induction * CHAPs development * Clinical management development * Senior Nursing Care Assistant job skills training (where appropriate to the geography) To deliver service-critical, non-clinical training programmes including manual handling, first aid, fire warden and legionella (suitable training will be provided to enable this, where necessary) To work in conjunction with Head of Learning and Development and the Head of Nursing to design, deliver and implement key training programmes To support the organisation in inducting new colleagues, maximising levels of engagement from Day 1 To have line responsibility for the Regional Clinical Training Team across FSHC, ensuring they are guided and have an input into the central learning and development team To evaluate any training workshops you have delivered as well as any training projects you have been working on to help continual improvement of the training offer To coordinate with Managing Directors for each geographical region to ensure business-critical objectives are being met and training delivery is aligned To promote, support, develop and deliver (where necessary) training and development within the business to ensure excellence in clinical competence and compliance with all current and future changes in legislation To project manage the delivery of clinical learning and development across the UK for a diverse audience of people from frontline to supervisors and managers, ensuring they are aligned to the company learning and development strategy To coordinate with the wider L&D team to ensure business targets are met, providing accurate MI data on a monthly basis to the Head of Learning and Development To ensure the apprenticeship strategy, wherever appropriate, is embedded across the organisation and ensure learners feel supported in a robust development journey To engage and communicate with the business, key stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure all training materials (such as workbooks, workshops, coaching cards and manager guides) are approved and fit for purpose To feedback to Head of Learning and Development on key learning projects, support or resource needed in the business To lead and collaborate on any specific clinical learning and development initiatives identified by the business To provide guidance and support to senior team and operational teams The above list of job duties is not exclusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope and grading of the post.
