HOME MANAGER – BURTON UPON TRENT - £45K 10% BONUS – 40 BEDDED HOME White Knight Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a forward thinking regional provider of care and support services to older persons. With operations across the Midlands and the North this provider is seeking a Home Manager for their 40 bedded home near to Burton on Trent. The Home Manager will take over the management of an existing established care and nursing home. The Home Manager will ensure the home is compliant with all statutory and regulatory requirements and main duties include; writing person centred care plans, performing basic HR duties and quality audits. The Home Manager will need experience of overseeing homes of a similar size and have the ability to motivate the staff team. The successful candidate will need to have thorough knowledge of safeguarding procedures and the Mental Health Capacity Act, good communication skills as well as Level 5 Leadership in Health and Social Care or a nursing qualifications. In return the is forward thinking provider can offer; base salary up to 45k , 25 days leave, pension, free parking and a bonus scheme.
