About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Estates Administrator to join the Estates Team, working 22.5 hours per week on a fixed term basis ending March 2018. This position is offered as part of a job share, where you will work 3 days per week.

The post holder will be part of a small team administering systems and processes to manage the key functions of the Estates Office. Reporting to the Estates Administration Manager, you will be assisting on our help desk taking calls from our managers and staff at our properties nationwide and liaising with contractors.

You will also be liaising with our regional surveyors and with colleagues in other Sense departments. Other responsibilities include uploading data on the Estates database/ software packages; processing invoices and assisting on projects such as building acquisition, disposal, capital projects, compliance and health & safety. You will also work within Sense policies and procedures.

About you

We would like to hear from you if you have strong administrative and communication skills together with the ability to accurately upload data to the estates database/software packages.

The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills be able to contribute in delivering and maintaining a strong customer focused approach to promote a positive & professional image of the Estates Team in the delivery of maintenance and compliance services. You must have the ability to communicate effectively, an open and flexible approach to work, be extremely organised and possess good IT skills.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed team player to join our highly motivated Estates Team who is looking for a fast moving, challenging and varied position. Previous experience of working in a property management environment would be an advantage.
