You’ll be part of the People Function’s ‘Learning and Development’ team in UK Insurance. Equipped with an array of experience and skills and you will be joining a team that is really able to make a difference to our people and customers.

You will work closely with our Global Learning Innovation team and you will play a key role in helping us grow our learning technology capabilities and be surrounded by passionate, curious, creative folk with a phenomenal mix of skills. The most exciting part of all this is you’ll get the chance to influence the wider Learning team globally and to shape the future of learning at Aviva.

It’s critical you care like crazy about our customers and how we can develop our people so we can deliver the best possible products, service and customer experience. You have creative flair and a talent for generating and bringing brilliant ideas to life. You balance this with meticulous attention to detail, a knack for spotting and killing complexity and an instinct for taking projects from concept to delivery and beyond. You’re an awesome networker and you constantly wow your customers with your work.

Ideally you’ll have an aptitude for Adobe Creative Cloud and Articulate Storyline and come armed with awareness of and a passion for digital content trends (e.g. mobile video, content marketing, social media, VR, AR). It would be an incredible advantage if you also have the skills to direct, shoot, produce and edit short films/podcasts as this is an area we really want to do more in. Knowledge of learning delivery platforms such as Cornerstone would also be desirable but not essential.
