Capita Customer Management is recruiting Outstanding Customer Relations Advisor for a leading Telecoms provider, Three UK. The salary for this role is £16,993 and we have start dates through out January. At Capita Customer Management we work in Partnership with a leading Telecoms provider, Three UK, who are committed to improving their customer's experience. In a fast-paced and dynamic customer service centre, based in Glasgow Skypark, you'll play an integral part in the consistent delivery of a professional, reliable and personal service which ensures the customer experience is the very best it can be. The role of Customer Relations Advisor requires a strong, confident and passionate individual who can deliver high quality service leaving Three customers with an experience that they will want to go away and share with their friends. We are looking for someone to be a brand ambassador, bringing the Three product to life, whilst being a people person with a warm and friendly manner and willing to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations.
