Change Recruitment are currently recruiting for Permanent, Full Time, Inbound Customer Service Advisors working in Glasgow City Centre location. Start Dates 11th December and 8th January!! Our client is passionate about providing professional customer service. You will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customer’s, to deliver an exceptional customer experience, provide advice to new and existing customers, take ownership to resolve all customer queries and complaints. Training provided and ongoing support via floor walkers, team leader and coaches.
