Your new role As the Tax Manager you will provide advice and support to the Partners on Tax projects and be an invaluable lead in respect to proactive tax planning and business development, while overseeing and checking compliance work completed by the growing Tax function and additional accounts individuals. Further to line management duties, you will prepare the more complex corporate and personal tax returns for SME organisations such as sole traders, owner managed businesses, charities, partnerships and limited companies. What you'll need to succeed As the successful applicant, you will have exceptional knowledge and experience of Corporate and Personal Tax with proven success in a client relationship and line management role or position of supervision. A track record of business development will enhance your application, as will having the CTA qualification. You will have knowledge of tax planning and research with notable abilities in respect to report writing and analysis. Given the nature of the firm, you will be a positive, people person with good communication and organisation skills.
